【Abstract】This paper focuses on the optimal design and energy-saving benefits of the thermal management system for newenergyvehicles.Aiming atthedeficienciesofthe existing system inenergyconsumption control,temperature uniformityand inteligent regulation,amulti-lop integrationand heat pumpcompositescheme isproposed.Combined with newmaterials such as phasechange materialsand nano-fluids,thestructure ofheat exchange elements and control strategies are optimized.Multi-condition simulations were cariedoutusing AMESim,GT-SUITEand Simulink platforms toestablishanenergy-saving benefitevaluationmodelandquantitativelyanalyzetheefectsofenergyconsumption reduction,batery life extension and driving range improvementbeforeand after systemoptimization.Theresults show thattheoptimizeddesignsignificantlyimprovesthethermaleficiency,reducestheenergyconsumptionof thermal management,delaysbatterydegradation,andenhances thevehicle'sdriving range.Theresearch provides theoretical basisandtechnicalsupportfortheeficientintegrationandintellgentcontrolof thethermal managementsystemof new energyvehicles,and hasimportant applicationvalueandpromotion prospects.Future work willfocuson further enhancing the inteligent level of thesystem anddevelopingadaptive control strategies to adapttocomplex working conditions.
