【Abstract】In thecurrent urban traffc scenarios，vehicles need to interact frequently with roadsideequipment， cloud platformsand other vehicles.Thetraditional communicationarchitecture hasproblems suchas highdata latency， lowcollaborationeficiencyand insuffcientreliability，whichareprone tocausesafetyriskproblems.Thearticlemainly studiesitscommunicationarchitecture designand datacolaborative processing schemeintheInternetof Vehicles environment，with a focus onsolving problems such asresource competition inhigh-densityscenarios.Theefectivenes ofthe hierarchical communicationarchitectureand standardized protocolsisverified bybuildingasimulation experiment platform，etc.The results show that under conditions such as local layer bandwidth allocation ⩾40% ，the system can meettherelevant securityindicators.
