【Abstract】With the development of automotive electronic circuitsand networks,inteligent vehicles pose huge challenges tothereliabilityandperformance,aswellasfunctional safetyofautomotiveintegratedcircuitsunder harsh workingconditions.Thisarticleproposesafull-process solutionintegrating intellgent design,multi-physicsfield simulationandadvancedmaterial technologyinresponse tothechalengessuchastheadaptabilityofautomotive electronicintegrated circuits undercomplex working conditionsandthecollborativeoptimizationoffunctional safetyand energyefficiency.Improveeficiency throughAI-asisteddesign,optimize keyindicators through multi-physicsfield collaborativesimulation,andenhancereliabilitywith new materialsandproceses.Theresultsshow thatthisscheme surpasestraditional methodsin termsoffaultdetection,anti-interferenceandstability,and isexpectedtoprovide support for the highly reliable mass production of automotive-grade chips.
