【Abstract】With the exponential increase in thecomplexity ofautomotive electronic systems,traditional rule-based controlstrategiesstruggletoaddress dynamicfaultsandperformancedegradationundermulti-domain fusionarchitectures. The surge in thenumberofon-board controllers makes system-level faultlocalization challenging.Thedualrequirements forfunctional safetyand information security impose higherdemandsonreal-timeresponsecapabilities.Thecontradiction between the dynamicscheduling needs of heterogeneous computing resourcesand the fixed management model is becoming increasinglyprominent.Artificialintelligence technologyofersnewsolutionstothesechallenges.Itsdatadrivenlearningcapabilitiesanddynamicdecision-making characteristicsmakeitpossible tobuildautomotiveelectronic systemswithself-healingandadaptiveabilities.Therefore,thispapersystematicallyinvestigatesAI-driven faultselfhealingandperformanceoptimizationinautomotiveelectronicsystems,aiming tofacilitatethetechnological leapfrom passive maintenance to proactive evolution in automotive electronics.
