Research on AI Software Architecture Optimization and Real-time PerformanceofIntelligentDriving System

【Abstract】With the evolution of intellgent driving technology towards full-chain autonomous decision-making, thisarticlesystematicallyexplorestheoptimizationpathofAItechnologyinthein-vehicleplatform.Aimingattherealtime performanceand resource constraints of object detection,a three-dimensionaloptimization scheme of YOLOv7is proposed.Through the CLDH structure,LHQSquantization strategy and Jetson Orin hardwareadaptation,the model performance is improved.Indecision-making and planning,dynamic interactive decision-making isachieved basedon thereinforcement learning framework combinedwith CARLA simulation.The softwarearchitectureadoptsmodular developmentanda two-waydata-driven process,and themultimodal sensorfusionarchitecturesolves theproblemof spatio-temporal consistency.In termsof performanceoptimization,real-timeguaranteeisachievedthrough TTSA scheduling,hardware directconnection,etc.Dynamic power consumption management and hybrid quantization improve energy effciency,and dual computing unit heterogeneous backupand other mechanisms ensure safety redundancy.The research providesa methodology for improving thereliabilityand large-scale applicationof inteligentdrivingsystems.
