【Abstract】Against the backdrop of the developmentof new energyandinteligent connectedvehicles,the importanceof software testing andfault locationof thevehicle thermal management system has become prominent.The article focuses onsoftware unit verificationand integration testing,and proposesa test scheme modeled bythe MBD method based onCAN bus datainthe Simulink environment.Byconstructinga test system including bus tools,CAN communicationconversion,etc.,the upper computer is realized to simulateandaccess thereal vehicle CAN data for white-box testing.Intheverificationofthehuman-computer interactionmodule,thismethodrealizesthe functional integrationanddebugging withtheaidof thebuspaneltol.Intheinvestigationofrealvehiclefaults,thetraditional compilationstepwasomitted,reducingtheproblem troubleshotingtimefrom 2hours to50minutes,effectivelyimproving the efficiency and quality of software iteration.
