【Abstract】As global atention to environmental protectionandenergy eficiency grows,the automotive industry is underimmensepresure to meet increasinglystringent emision standardsandfuel economyrequirements whileenhancing itsintelligence.Inthiscontext,lightweightdesignhasbecomeacrucialdirectionfortheautomotiveindustry.By reducing vehicleweight,itcaneffctively lower fuelconsumptionand improve handling performance.Meanwhile,with therapid development of autonomous driving and connectedvehicle technologies,automotive communication technology isplayinganincreasinglyimportantrolein improvingvehicleperformance.Therefore,thispaperexploresthe collborativeoptimizationof lightweightdesignandcommunication technologyinautomotivecomponents,aiming to promote technological innovationand sustainable development in theautomotive industry through in-depth researchon thesynergistic effects of these two technologies.
