【Abstract】As global atention to environmental protectionandenergy eficiency grows，the automotive industry is underimmensepresure to meet increasinglystringent emision standardsandfuel economyrequirements whileenhancing itsintelligence.Inthiscontext，lightweightdesignhasbecomeacrucialdirectionfortheautomotiveindustry.By reducing vehicleweight，itcaneffctively lower fuelconsumptionand improve handling performance.Meanwhile，with therapid development of autonomous driving and connectedvehicle technologies，automotive communication technology isplayinganincreasinglyimportantrolein improvingvehicleperformance.Therefore，thispaperexploresthe collborativeoptimizationof lightweightdesignandcommunication technologyinautomotivecomponents，aiming to promote technological innovationand sustainable development in theautomotive industry through in-depth researchon thesynergistic effects of these two technologies.
