【Abstract】Withtherapid development of intelligent transportation technology，vehicle-mounted monitoring systemsare playingan increasingly importantroleinimproving roadsafety，optimizing traffcsmoothnessand enhancing thedriving experience.This article explores the application ofcomputer Vision technologyinvehicle-mounted monitoring systems，including environmental perception，lane departurerecognition，etc.，andanalyzes itsperformance improvement paths，suchas eficient algorithmsandmodeloptimization.Studiesshow thatthroughmulti-sensor fusion and hardwareacceleration，the detection accuracy and real-time performance of the system incomplex environments can beimproved，providing a reference for the development of in-vehicle intelligent systems.
