【Abstract】Driven by the global "double carbon" goal，the new energy vehicle industry has ushered in explosive growth.Asacorecomponent，thequalityandsafetyof powerbateriesaredirectlyrelatedtothefoundationof industrial development.However，the power batery technology is rapidly iterative，and the appication scenarios are complex and changeable.The existing inspection andtestingsystem hasshortcomings in standarduniformity，technology progressiveness，risk prediction ability，etc.，which needs to besystematically optimizedand improved.This paper systematicallyanalyzes thecurrnt technical problems in thefieldof new energyvehiclepower battery inspectionand testing，combines the industry development trend，and proposes countermeasures from diferent dimensions，aiming to provide referencefor improving thequalityof powerbatteryinspectionandensuring thesafe development of the new energyvehicleindustry.
