【Abstract】With therapid developmentof thenational automobile industry,theelectro magnetic compatibility problemand theenvironmentof thevehicle become morecomplex,and theelectro magneticcompatibility testof the vehicleisvery important.Thevehicle broadbandelectro magneticradiation emision testwasconductedinaccordance with GB3466Oregulations,anditwas foundinthe testthatthebroadbandradiation emisionofanew energyelectric vehicleexceeded thestandardwhenitwasverticallypolarizedinthe30\~40MHzband.Afterinvestigation,it was determined thatthenoiseoriginatedfrom thevehicledrivesystemand wascaused bytheexternalleakageradiationof the motortemperaturedetection harness.Thereason is thatthegrounding wireof theshielding layeristoolong,resulting in increasedhigh-frequencyimpedanceandshield failure.Theproblemofexceeding thestandardcanbesolved by shortening thelengthofthegroundingwire.Inaddition,automotiveEMCgroundingisdivided intoworkinggrounding andprotectiongrounding,and por groundingdesign willafect electromagneticcompatibility.Thispaperprovidessome ideas for vehicle EMC radiation emisson problem investigation and design control.
