【Abstract】With the evolutionof automotive electrical architecture towards centralization,traditional fault diagnosis methodshavebeen dificult to meet therequirements ofcomplex fault scenarios.Thisarticleconductsanin-depth study ontheautomotiveelectrical fault diagnosis technology basedonthecontrol system.Firstly,itanalyzestheprinciple structureoftheautomotiveelectricalcontrolsystemandexploresitsuniqueadvantages infaultdiagnosisandthespecific application of thecontrol algorithm.Furthermore,a hierarchical hardwarearchitectureandamulti-dimensionaldata acquisitionsystemare designed,and signal procesing,feature extractionand decisionreasoning algorithmsare integrated toprovidethecodeof thefaultdetectionalgorithm.Bybuildinganexperimental platform tosimulatevarious faultconditionsfortesting,theresultsshowthattheoptimizedsystemhassignificantlyimprovedkeyindicatorssuchas open-circuit recognition rateand short-circuit response time.The average diagnostic delay is shortened by 42.3% ,power consumption is reduced by 31.6% ,and the diagnostic coverage rate reaches 95.1% .The research results provide a new path for fault diagnosis of automotiveelectronic systems and have important reference significance for the developmentof multi-domain fusion diagnosis systems for new energy vehicles.
