【Abstract】This article takes the failure of 2O17 BYD E5 pure electric vehicle that cannot be powered on as an example.After safetyprotectionandfaultconfirmation，thefaultcodeisreadasPlA6oo highvoltage interlock fault. Afterdetecting the lowvoltage control circuit，highvoltagecomponentinterlock terminal connection，vehicle insulation andhigh voltagecomponentbody，itis foundthattheairconditioning compressorconector interlock pieceisdamaged. Replace the high voltage cable harness and remove the fault.
