【Abstract】In the evolution of autonomous driving technology,real-time image processing and object detection are the keys toachieving environmental perception.Inresponse to the technical challenges of detection accuracy,response speed and systemrobustness in complex scenarios,thisarticle constructsa hierarchical heterogeneoussystem architecture,integrates hardwareaccelerationandlightweightmodeloptimization strategies,and evaluates theperformance ofthescheme through multi-dimensional indicators.Experimentsshow that the improvedsystem hassignificantly enhanced detection acuracy,end-to-end delayand adaptabilityto extreme scenarios suchas heavy rain,providing a technical path and practical reference for promoting the maturity of autonomous driving technology.
