【Abstract】In the evolution of autonomous driving technology，real-time image processing and object detection are the keys toachieving environmental perception.Inresponse to the technical challenges of detection accuracy，response speed and systemrobustness in complex scenarios，thisarticle constructsa hierarchical heterogeneoussystem architecture，integrates hardwareaccelerationandlightweightmodeloptimization strategies，and evaluates theperformance ofthescheme through multi-dimensional indicators.Experimentsshow that the improvedsystem hassignificantly enhanced detection acuracy，end-to-end delayand adaptabilityto extreme scenarios suchas heavy rain，providing a technical path and practical reference for promoting the maturity of autonomous driving technology.
