【Abstract】 This paper through a 2018 FAW-Volkswagen Magotan B8L2.0T carelectric control system Fault example,basedonFTA(Fault Tree Analysis)method,the detailedanalysisandreasonablereasoningofvehicle fault phenomena,scientific development of maintenance technology.Usedigital multimeter,osciloscopeand other special automotive diagnosticequipmenttoquicklyandacuratelylocate thevehicle fault,quicklyget thefault diagnosis result, analyzethecauseofthefault,andfinalldeterminethefaultpoint.Itrealizestheprecisionoffaultmaintenance judgmentof automobileelectroniccontrol system,thesimplicityof maintenance process,andthesaving of maintenance cost,whichcan beusedasareference for automobile maintenanceenterprises toimprove work eficiency,optimize processflow,and improveservice quality,andsolve the typicaldailytasksof mechanicaland electrical maintenance posts in automobile maintenance enterprises.
