Abstract：Theresearchaims toexplore how tomakemoreefectiveuseoflocalculturalbackgroundtocarryoutcolormatching teaching inchildren's creative artactivities.Theresearch focuses on how tosystematicaly guide young children toobserve the typicalcharacteristicsand matchingrulesoflocalcolors fromnaturalobjects，traditionalartforms，anddailylifescenesaround thembasedontheir physicaland mentalcharacteristicsandcognitivelevels，andorganically integratethemintothe procesof creative expression.Bydesigning and practicing aseriesof targeted teachingstrategies，itis expected tohelp youngchildren explorecolors more freelyand expressemotions moreconfidently inaculturallyrichatmosphere，whilealsodeepening their understanding and recognition of local culture unconsciously.
