Abstract：Against the backdropof globalization and cultural convergence，the homogenization ofregional interior design has becomeicreasinglyprominent.Asanintuitiveandemotionallrichdesignelement，colorservesasacrucialcarierforthe inheritanceandexpressionofregionalculture.This paper takesLingnan traditionaldwellngsastheresearchobjectandexplores theirinteriorcoloresignstrategiesfromtheprspctiveofegioalculture.Fstlytaalesthecolorcltural gensfromthe dimensionsofaturalgeogapicalevironment，plosopcalthoughts，folkbelefs，andatsmanshiptechiques，adeplins thecharacteristicsofmultipleintegrationsuchas"learningfromnature"，"neutralityandimplicitness，and"gorgeousnessand simplicity".hen，itdissectsteinpointsinurrentpractices，includingthesuperficializationofulturalsymbolsonflicts in adapting tomoderfunctions，andthelackofientificsupportforcolors.Finallyitproposesfourstrategicaths："color translationofnaturalimagery"，"contemporaryembodimentofculturalspirit"，"innovativeinterpretationoftechnicalmateials"， and"ecologicalconsiderationofsystematicnessandsustainability"，iming toprovide theoreticaland practical guidance for interior color design with regional characteristics.
