Abstract:Digital technologyisprofoundlychangingtheontologyofcolor,as its essenceevolves fromphysical pigments to virtual pixels,posingafundamentalchalengetothetraditionalcolorcognitionsystemcenteredonlifedrawing.Thisstudyaims to investigatethisprofoundshiftintheconceptofcolr.Itarguesthatthe transformationofteaching modelsisnotanisolated educationalreformbutaninevitableresponsetothisontologicalchangeincoloritself.Byanalyzingthenewcharacteristicsof digital color,suchasitsdata-drivennatureandtranslatabilityandbycombiningthiswithspecificcreativecasestudies,this paper explores practicalpathways for guidingart creators to establish "cross-mediacolor literacy."Thecoreobjective is to illustratethatcontemporarycolorpracticeastransformedintoacreativedaloguebtweenthepereptualabilisof traditional mediaandthecriticalthinkingskilsrequiredbydigital media.Thisresearchhopes toprovideareferenceofboth theoretical depth and value for contemporary color theory research and artistic practice.
