Abstract：Teteachngoflegalterinlogisfundamentalartoflegaleducationanditsteacingfectivenessirectlyetesto theformtionoflgalthinkingabilityBasedontheconceptualconstructionteoryframework，isapersystematicallecostructs theabstractheraicalaracteristicsteorelatiomeasms，ndotetaldependecelwsoflgalterinlod posesateachngstrategyframeworktaticudesteminolgyelementdecostructio，erarcicalcognitivegidance，racticalotet embeddng，anddynamicevauationfedback.Researchhasshownthathissrategycanefectivelyehancestudents’structuredunderstandingandplicatioabilityoforetmologyreakingtoughtfragmentedliatiosofoceptualogitionidioal teaching.Theresearchresultsprovideasystematicplanforoptimizingtheteachingoflegalerminologyandhaveimportantreference value for the reform of legal education.
