Abstract:Teteachngoflegalterinlogisfundamentalartoflegaleducationanditsteacingfectivenessirectlyetesto theformtionoflgalthinkingabilityBasedontheconceptualconstructionteoryframework,isapersystematicallecostructs theabstractheraicalaracteristicsteorelatiomeasms,ndotetaldependecelwsoflgalterinlod posesateachngstrategyframeworktaticudesteminolgyelementdecostructio,erarcicalcognitivegidance,racticalotet embeddng,anddynamicevauationfedback.Researchhasshownthathissrategycanefectivelyehancestudents’structuredunderstandingandplicatioabilityoforetmologyreakingtoughtfragmentedliatiosofoceptualogitionidioal teaching.Theresearchresultsprovideasystematicplanforoptimizingtheteachingoflegalerminologyandhaveimportantreference value for the reform of legal education.
