Training for Physics Normal College Students under the New Curriculum Standards

Abstract With the promulgation of the "Compulsory Education Physics Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)", physics education has ushered in new development needs and opportunities for reform. As the backbone of future education, the cultivation of teaching skills in normal college students is particularly important. This paper aims to explore the current status of teaching skills training for physics normal college students under the new curriculum standards, analyze the main problems and challenges they face, and propose corresponding optimization pathways and strategies, hoping to provide valuable references for the training of physics normal college students.
