校企合作视域下医学检验技术专业人才培养路径研究

摘 要 医学检验技术专业是现代医学中临床医学与实验室科学技术相结合的一门综合性学科，随着外部环境变化，社会对基础知识技能优秀且能快速胜任岗位的医学检验技术人才需求越发强烈。文章分析了校企合作视域下医学检验技术专业人才培养的困境，指出校企双方应主动参与，深化合作与交流，共同解决人才培养中出现的难题。

Research on the Training Path of Medical Laboratory Technology Talents

from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract The Medical Laboratory Technology major is a comprehensive discipline that combines clinical medicine and laboratory science and technology in modern medicine. With changes in the external environment， there is an increasingly strong demand for medical laboratory technology talents with excellent basic knowledge and skills who can quickly adapt to their positions. Therefore， the article analyzes the difficulties in cultivating medical laboratory technology professionals from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation， and points out that both schools and enterprises should actively participate， deepen cooperation and communication， and jointly solve the problems that arise in talent cultivation.
