摘 要 文章分析了高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的现状,从明确协同育人目标、整合教育资源、创新协同育人模式、完善评价体系和激励机制等方面探讨了基于学生心理资本提升的协同育人策略构建,旨在为高校协同育人提供理论与实践指导,促进学生心理资本的提升和全面发展。

Abstract The article analyzes the current situation of collaborative education between college counselors and professional course teachers, and explores the construction of collaborative education strategies based on enhancing student psychological capital from the aspects of clarifying collaborative education goals, integrating educational resources, innovating collaborative education models, improving evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms. The aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for collaborative education in universities, promote the enhancement and comprehensive development of student psychological capital.
