高职院校学生就业竞争力提升路径研究

摘 要 文章旨在研究高职院校学生就业竞争力的提升路径。首先，分析了高职院校学生的就业现状，其次，阐述了就业竞争力的影响因素，包括个人因素、学校因素和社会因素。最后，通过对就业竞争力影响因素的分析，提出了通过个人能力提升、学校支持和社会资源整合等措施来提升高职院校学生的就业竞争力。

Research on the Path to Enhance the Employment Competitiveness

Abstract This article aims to study the path to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students. Firstly， the current employment situation of vocational college students was analyzed. Secondly， the influencing factors of employment competitiveness were elaborated， including personal factors， school factors， and social factors. Finally， by analyzing the influencing factors of employment competitiveness， measures such as personal ability improvement， school support， and social resource integration were proposed to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students.
