摘 要 文章概述了OBE理念下应用型高校教学督导工作的特点，分析了应用型高校教学督导工作面临的挑战，提出了应用型高校督导工作提质增效的建议，以期能为应用型高校的课程建设、专业与课程评价、教育教学改革、学科竞赛等工作提供参考。

Abstract The article outlines the characteristics of teaching supervision work in applied universities under the OBE concept， analyzes the challenges faced by teaching supervision work in applied universities， and proposes suggestions for improving the quality and efficiency of teaching supervision work in applied universities. In order to provide reference for the curriculum construction， professional and curriculum evaluation， education and teaching reform， subject competitions， and other work in applied universities.
