“三全育人”视阈下大学生就业胜任力培养路径研究

摘要  “三全育人”视域下培养新时代大学生就业胜任力，不仅可以帮助大学生合理进行生涯规划，有意识地提高自身就业能力，也能给毕业生择业提供帮助。文章针对新时代大学生就业胜任力培养过程中存在的一系列实际问题及培养路径进行了详细分析，积极促进新时代大学生就业胜任力的培养工作。

Research on the Path of Cultivating College Students Employment Competence under the Visual Threshold of “Three Complete Education”

AbstractCultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era from the perspective of “Three complete education”can not only help the college students to plan their career rationally，but also help them to improve their employment ability consciously. This paper makes a detailed analysis of a series of practical problems and training paths in the process of cultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era，and actively promotes the work of cultivating the employment competence of college students in the new era.
