高职院校教师发展激励和约束机制的问题与措施

摘 要 高职院校想要在众多院校中实现自身更好发展,对于教师发展激励与约束要给予更多重视。可以通过构建完善薪酬制度、构建完善绩效考核体系、创建完善激励机制等不同方式,促使教师能够对自身工作有正确认识。在后续工作的落实中,能够将更多精力投入到其中,在推动高职院校的更好发展中,发挥自身优势。

Abstract Higher vocational colleges want to achieve better development in many colleges, and pay more attention to the incentive and constraint of teacher development. We can promote teachers to have a correct understanding of their own work by building and improving the salary system, the performance appraisal system and the incentive mechanism. In the implementation of the follow-up work, we can put more energy into it, and play our own advantages in promoting the better development of higher vocational colleges.
