卓越教师培养下数学师范生教育实践能力培养模式研究

摘 要 师范生教学实践能力水平的高低是衡量师范教育质量的重要标准。以“卓越学堂”为导向培养数学师范生的教育实践能力,通过科学设置校内外“名师讲座”活动、实施常态化实践技能校内实训、开展多元化主题的校外观摩实践活动、强化假期实践活动锻炼等四大培养模块,全面推进数学师范生教育实践能力的培养。

Abstract The level of practical ability of normal students is an important standard to measure the quality of normal education. The "excellent school" is the guidance to cultivate the educational practical ability of mathematics normal students. Through the four training modules, including scientific setting up "famous teachers lecture" activities, implementing the normal practical skills in school training, carrying out the practice activities outside the school with multiple themes, strengthening the exercise of holiday practice activities, the training of the practical ability of mathematics normal students' education is comprehensively promoted.
