Abstract:Asacleanandrenewableenergysolution,photovoltaictechnologyhasimportantapplicationvalueintheeergy savingtransformationofindustrialplants.Takingthephotovoltaicpowergenerationrenovationprojectofanindustrialplantinan industrialparkinYangzhou,JiangsuProvinceasanexample,thispaperdiscusesindetailthethree-dimensionalmodeling processandmethodof theplantandphotovoltaicsystembasedonBIMtechnology,including modelingofthemainstructureof theplant,creationofaphotovoltaicmodulefamilyfilelibraryandintegrationoftheoverallmodel;Troughcolisiondetection andvirtualconstructionsimulation,thedesignplanisoptimizedandconflictsandreworkduringtheconstructionphaseare reduced.TheaplicationofBIMtechnologyintheentirelifecycleoftheprojectisfurtheranalyzed:multi-profesional collborativedesignandperformanceanalysisarerealizedintheplaninganddesignstage;constructioneficiencyandcost controlcapabilitiesareimprovedthroughconstructionsimulationandcostmanagementintheconstructionstage;intheoperation andmaintenancestage,real-timemonitoringandsmartmanagementofphotovoltaicsystemsarerealizedbasedonIntemetof ThingstechnologyTheresultsshowthatBMtechologyprovideseficientinformationintegration,tree-dimensionalvisualization anddataanalysissupportforindustrialplantphotovoltaicrenovationprojects,significantlyimprovingheeficiencyndreliability ofallstagesofdesignconstruction,andoperationandmaintenance.Thisresearchprovidesimportanttechnicalreferencand practical experience for the implementation of similar projects.
