Abstract：Aiming ataddressing theexistingisues inurbanutity tunnel project management，this study proposesan intellgentconstructionmanagementsystemthatintegratesthewholelifecycle，leveragesadvancedintellgenttechnologies，and combinesthepreliminaryconstructionphasewithpost-commisioningoperationandmaintenance.Thispaperconductspreliminary explorationsontheconceptualmodel，fundamentalelements，andtechnologicalfoundationsofthisintegratedinteligent constructionmanagementsystemforurbanutilitytunnelthroughouttheirwholelifecycle.Theresearchaimstoachieveoptimal the whole life cycle management objectives for urban utility tunnel projects.
