Abstract：Taking Shaoxing TODdeep foundation pitastheexemplar，this paperstudiesthechange lawsofcolum piles duringfoundationpitexcavationThemainconclusionsareasfolows，withtheincreaseofexcavationdepth，thecolumnsatthe edgeofthe foundation pit gradualyshowrebound，with theupper limit of the maximum reboundamount being 0.096%H ，and the average maximum rebound amount being 0.038%H ；the center column of the foundation pit gradually shows settlement，with the upper limit of the maximum rebound amount being 0.053%H ，and the average maximum rebound amount being 0.037%H
