Abstract:Bigdatatechnologyisprofoundlychanging themodelandpathofthetransformationofscientificand technologicalachievements,butcurentlyadeep-seatedmechanismfordata-driveneficiencyimprovementhasnotyetbeen formed.Throughsemi-structuredinterviews,2participantsintheentireprocessoftransformationofscientificandtechological achievemntswereselected,andgroundedtheorywasusedtoanalyzetheimpactofdataelementalocationontransformation eficiency.Researchfoundthatdataelementsareaggregatedbasedonplatformstoformaresourcecolaborativenetwork,and transformationaccuracyisimproved throughdatamining,analysisandapplicationThispaperbultaclosed-lopmechanismof "datacolletion-dataanalysis-datamatching-dataaplication,explainingthemechanismofsuplyanddemanddocking,risk earlywarningandbenefitevaluationofscientficandtechnologicalachievementsdrivenbybigdataBasedonthis,thispaper proposescountermeasuresandsuggestions toimprovetransformationeficiencysuchasbuildingadataresourcepool,optimizing algorithm models,and improving data governance.

随着大数据技术的快速发展,科技成果转化正在经历深刻变革,传统转化模式存在信息不对称、供需脱节及风险难控等问题,而大数据的深度应用为解决这些难题提供了新思路,数据要素能够贯穿转化全流程,通过数据采集与分析及应用提升转化的精准性和效率,当前需厘清大数据驱动下科技成果转化效率提升的内在机理,构建基于数据要素的转化新机制,聚焦数据驱动的转化效率提升路径,为完善科技成果转化体系提供理论支撑和实践指导。(剩余5460字)
