Abstract：WiththedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandtheInternetofThingsindustry，smarthomeshavebecome increasinglyprosperousandhavegraduallbecomeanewgrowthpointinthe InternetofThingsindustry.Thehomemonitoring systembasedoOpeHamonisfullsee，fullyoeedndfullinteligentperatingsystmnditsstsigis hottopicofresearch intheindustry.Thesmarthome monitoringsystemhasasmallmonitoringrange，complexscenes，and many monitoring points.Inresponsetothemonitoringnedsofthehomeenvironment，designingan inteligentmonitoringsystemusing theInteretofTingsthinkingrequresatentiontotheinteligence，humanityandflexibiliyofthesystem.Thisarticleprovidesa briefoverviewofOpenHarmony，analyzestheproblemsexistingintheapplicationofinteligentmonitoringsystems，andthen discusesthedesignpointsofdistributedsmarthomemonitoringsystems.Thedistributedsmarthomemonitoringsystemdesign schemehasthecharacteristcsofflexibledesign，convenience，mobilityandstrongscalabilityItisinlinewiththesmarthome designconcept basedonOpenHarmonyandcanprovideafeasible solution forthedesignof smart homemonitoring systems.
