Abstract:Asoneoftheplasticforming technologieswithhighprecision,coldforging technologynotonlyhahigh processngaccuracyandgoodmechanicalproperties,butalsohashighproductionficiencyandmaterialutiation.Inorderto adapttothesituationthatthedemandforcoldforgingequipmenthasincreasedsignificantlyandthedemandforequipment performancehasgraduallincreased,thispaperusesmulti-bodydynamicssimulationsoftwareasatoltoanalyzethekinematic anddynamicprformanceofthetoglemechanism,comparesandselectsthemostsuitabletoglemechanism,anddesignsthe mechanismofsetformandoffsetsize,determinesthetransmissionnumber,transmissonratioandgeararrangementformof the gearsinthetransmissonmechanism,andconstructsavirtualprototypemodelofahorizontalcoldforgingpress.Thoughdyamic andstaticanalysis,themechanicalrelationshipbetweenachmemberisclarified,andgeneticalgorithmisusedtootiizethe barparametersofthegeneralizedtoglemechanism.Theoptimizationefectofthebarparametersisverifiedthroughsiulation analysis.Theresultsshowthatthedesignoftheoptimizedgeneralizedtogglehorizontalcoldforgingpressismorereasonable, with fastercold forging efficiency and higher precision,and can meet the cold forging processrequirements.
