Abstract:Against the backgroundof globalclimatechange,extremeweathereventsare becoming more frequent,posinga seriousthreat tothesafetyof people'slivesandpropertyandstableeconomicandsocialdevelopment.Meteorologicalwarning hasbecomeakeylink indisasterpreventionandreduction.Thispapertakes the Sichuanpilotasanexampletodeeplydiscuss theaplicationadvantages,problems,chalengesandcopingstrategiesofmeteorologicalearlywarningreleasebasedonflash signal technology. The results show that the "flash message + meteorological warning" model shows certain advantages in terms of arivalrate,targeting,timeliness,reminders,andoperabilitybutitalsofacesinsuficienttechnicalsupport,limiteduser experience,andchallengessuchaslegalandregulatorynedstobeimproved,whichrequirescoordinatedcooperationbetween meteorological, communications and other departments to solve the difficulties faced.
