Abstract：Inordertomettherequirementsofdamdeformationmonitoringinhydraulicengineeringandobtainaccurate deformationmonitoringresults，therapidmodelingtechnologyandstepsofUAVphotogrammetryareintroduced.Combinedwith anexampleofdamdeformationmonitoringinhydraulicenginering，theapplicationprocessofUAVcamerameasurementrapid modelingtechnologyisdescribed.ByanalyzingthedeformationmonitoringprocessofUAVphotogrammetry，itisfoundthatthe layoutofimagecontrol points，imageacquisitionandimagedataprocessing belong totheapplicationfocusofUAV photogrammetryrapidmodeling technology，andtheoperationoftheselinkscanensurethemodelingquality.Throughmonitoring experiments，bycomparingthemodelingconditionsofthethreemonitoringpoints，itisdeterminedthatthemodelhashigh accuracy，whichshowsthattheUAVphotogrammetryrapidmodelingtechnologyissuitableformonitoringthedeforationof water conservancy projects.
