Abstract：Inthemaintenanceandmanagementof high-graderoadasphaltpavements，theformationandspreadofrutsare commondiseaseproblems，whichshouldbeidentified，diagnosedintime，andrepairedassoonasposible.Whenrepairingruts， reasonablerepairdesignshouldbecarredoutbasedonthecharacteristicsofuts.Thisresearchfocusesontherepairofruton high-graderoadasphaltpavements，analyzesthecausesandinfluencingfactorsofrutformationunderstandsthecharacteristicsof diferenttypesofrutssuchasstructuralruts，abrasiveruts，fluidruts，andcompactionruts.Basedonthedetectionresultsof rutswithevaluationstandards，thispaperdiscussestedesignpointsofmicrosurfacingfilingandrepair，milingandresufacing repair，and thermal regeneration repair.
