Abstract:Thispaper focusesontheresearchandapplicationofflow fieldreconstructionbasedonplugflow.Asaspecial phenomenoninfluiddynamics,plugflowhasshownuniqueaplicationpotentialinvariousengineeingandscientificfields. Throughin-depthanalysisofthecharacteristicsofplugflow,thisstudyaimstodevelopanefectivemethodforreconstructing theflowfieldofashconveyingsystems,toaccuratelycaptureandreproducethekeyfeaturesincomplexflowfields.Duringthe researchprcess,wecombinedexperimentalobservationswithdataassimilationtechniquestosystematicallyexploretheimpact mechanismofplugflowontheflowfieldstructure.Casestudieshaveshownthatthismethodhassignificantadvantagesin improvingtheaccuracyofflowfieldprediction,optimizing fluidsystemdesign,andenhancing fluidcontrolstrategies.The research inthispapernotonlydepens theunderstandingof thephysicalmechanismsofplugflowinashconveyingsystemsbut also provides strong theoretical and technical support for engineering applications in related fields.
