Abstract:ThisresearchadoptstheYOLOv8deeplearning framework tostudythedynamicrecognitiontechnologyand applicationsenariosoftheoperatingstatusandcoalvolumeofcoal minescraper machinesandbeltconveyors,andbuildsa VisualAImodelusingpictures,videosandcamerasasmultipledatafusionanalysis,formingacontinuousanalysisalgorithm basedontheoperatingdataofelectromechanicalequipment,anddevelopinganefectiveelectromechanicalequipmentproduction systemthatcalculatesdeadtimeandcoalproductiontimeinsections.AIidentifcationtechnologyisusedtoanalyzethe effectiveproductionofelectromechanicalequipmentanddynamicallyanalyzetheoperatingrateofquipment,whichprovidesgood conditionsforensuringthefectiveoperationofcoalmineelectromechanicalequipment,andprovidesastrongscientificbasisfor production scheduling and command.
