离子交换法与还原沉淀法去除氢氧化钴中铀的试验研究

Abstract:Experimentalresearchonuraniumremoval fromcobalt hydroxidewasconductedusingcobalt hydroxidewitha uranium content of 00mg/kg as the raw material. The results showed that the uranium removal rate was 95.9% and the uranium residue was 8.2mg/kg under the condition of single-stage adsorption(flow rate 4mL/min and height diameter ratio 8.2:1),whichwassignificantlylowerthanthestandardlimit.Theuranium-containingcobalthydroxidewastreatedbyzerovalent iron Reduction-Precipitation Method,and the uranium removal rate was 82.3% and the residual amount was 35.4mg/kg under the conditions of pH=2 and 24h of reaction,which could meet the requirements of uranium removal. In conclusion,the Ion ExchangeMethodisconsideredtobetheoptimaltechnicalsolutionforuraniumremovalofcobalthydroxide,andhasthe potential forindustrialpromotion.Reduction-Precipitation Methodcanbeusedasanadjuncttospecificacidicconditions.
