Abstract:Aimingattheproblemofinsuffcientintegrationofelectronicstabilitycontrol(ESC)systemandautomatic emergencybraking(AEB)systemincurentautomobileactivesafetytechnology,basedonvalueenginering theorythispaper proposesamethodforestimatingandoptimizingkeyparametersofESCsystemanddesigningintegratedcontrolstrategy.By improvingthedualadaptiveunscentedKalmanfilter(DAUKF)algorithm,dynamicnoisematchingofvehiclestateparametersis achieved;andtheestimationaccuracyofroadadhesioncoeficientisoptimizedbycombiningrecursiveleastsquares(LS)and nonlinearcharacterizationmethod.Atthecontrolstrategylevel,aBPneuralnetworkPIDcontrolerandadynamicquadrant determinationmethodaredesigned,andacascadeAEBcontrolarchitectureconsideringESCdelaycompensationisconstructed. Valueengineering analysis shows that theoptimization scheme not only improves parameter estimation accuracy 423% ),system response speed +50% ),and collision avoidance success rate (+16% ),butalso reduces hardware costs( -15% )through sensor fusionandmulti-coreECUaplications,andfunctionalvaluefactorreachesmorethan1.4.Theresearchresultsprovideffective solutions for performance improvement and cost optimization of automotive active safety technology.
