Abstract:Theflatnessofstripsteelisanimportantindextoevaluateitsqualityandhasadirectimpactonthe compeitivenessofproductsinthemarketInordertounderstand’thisproblemdeply,thisstudyfirstanalyzesthemetalflow mechanismandwaveshapemeasurementprincipleinhotcontinuousroling.Basedonthis,thefitingmethodof waveshape curvebyusingalgorithmisstudied,andthepre-controltrategyofwaveshapedefectsinhotstriprollingbasedondataand modeldrivingisputforward,aimingatprovidingstabledatabasisforacuratecontrolofwaveshapeofhotstrip.Thismethod canbebasedonthewaveshapefitingandfast feedback controlstrategyof PLC,andintegratedwith SMITHdelay compensationtechnology,whichcanefectivelysolveaseriesofproblemssuchasinsuficientmanualadjustmentandslowcontrol inputofsecondarycomputer.Thepracticalaplicationinafactoryshowsthatthisresearchstrategycansignificantlyimprovethe fciencyofwaveshapeegulationandshortentheoutof-controllength,thusefectivelyreducingcustomercomplaintscausedby wave shape defects.
