Abstract:TopromotethedomesticaplicationofWCpowderinaircraftlandinggearload-bearingcomponentsthroughhighvelocityoxygen-fuel(HVOF)spraying,thisstudyconductedcompatibilityresearchontheHVOFprocessparametersfordomestic WC powder.Acomprehensivecomparativeanalysis wasperformed betwen domesticand importedWC powders,,evaluatig coating propertiesincludingwarresistance,orosionresistance,thermalcyclingendurance(igh-lowtemperaturealteration),andfatige performance.ExperimentalresultsdemonstratedthatthedomesticHVOF-sprayedWCpowdermetorexcededallperformance indicatorsof itsforeigncounterpart.Componentsmanufacturedwiththisdomesticpowder,includingpistonrodsandaxlesfora specificaircraftslandinggearsuccesfullypassedcriticalqualificationtestssuchasdropimpacttestsandstaticloadtestsThe material hascompletedaircraftqualificationreviewand beenapproved forinstallationinthe target aircraft model.
