Abstract：TopromotethedomesticaplicationofWCpowderinaircraftlandinggearload-bearingcomponentsthroughhighvelocityoxygen-fuel（HVOF）spraying，thisstudyconductedcompatibilityresearchontheHVOFprocessparametersfordomestic WC powder.Acomprehensivecomparativeanalysis wasperformed betwen domesticand importedWC powders，，evaluatig coating propertiesincludingwarresistance，orosionresistance，thermalcyclingendurance（igh-lowtemperaturealteration），andfatige performance.ExperimentalresultsdemonstratedthatthedomesticHVOF-sprayedWCpowdermetorexcededallperformance indicatorsof itsforeigncounterpart.Componentsmanufacturedwiththisdomesticpowder，includingpistonrodsandaxlesfora specificaircraftslandinggearsuccesfullypassedcriticalqualificationtestssuchasdropimpacttestsandstaticloadtestsThe material hascompletedaircraftqualificationreviewand beenapproved forinstallationinthe target aircraft model.
