Abstract:Withthecontinuousdevelopmentof scienceand technology，theapplicationofBIMtechnologyhasgraduallybeen promotedandused.Thispaperanalyesthecharacteristicsofconstructionengineeringinthemedicalindustryandintroducesthe developmentandcoreadvantagesofBIMtechnologyanddiscusesBMtechnologyinheatingandventilationengineeigithe medicalindustrythroughcaseanalysis.TheapplicationdemonstratesthatthereasonableaplicationofBIMtechnologycannot onlyoptimizedesignandreducerework,butalsoprovideguidanceforthestandardizeddevelopmentofconstructionoperations.It significantlyimprovesconstructioneficiencyandqualtyandplaysanindispensableroleinprovidingenergyeficiencyihigheficiencyrefrigerationroomsofHVACprojects,enablingBIMtechnologytoplayitsdueroleandmakeduecontributionsin HVAC projects in the medical industry.
