Abstract:Theapplicationgapinthemechanical strengthofelevatordoorsisakeylink toensurepassengersafetyand equipmentcompliance.Thispapersystematicallycomparesandanalyzesthe technicaldiferences betwenrelevantdomesticand foreignstandardsandspecifications(suchsGB7588sers,EN1-20AMEA17.1t.)anddeeplydiscusestheaplcability andlimitionsof thethreemeasurementmethods:manualforceapplication,forceapplicationbyforcemeasuringdeviceandspecial instruments.Researchfoundtattherearediferencesinteforceaplicationmethods,locationsandlimitrequirementsinexisting standardsandspecifications,resultinginalackofunityinelevatorinsituinspectionoperations.Basedonpracticalisuesand experimentaldata,thispaperproposesatechnicalpathtooptimizethedetectionofforceapplicationgapsandmeetstandards,and clarifytheforceapplicationmethod.Itadvocatesaninspectionmodelof"usingforcemainlywithbarehandsandsuplementedby instrumentcalibration"toensuresafetywhileimprovinginspectioneficiency.Theresearchresultsprovidetheoreticalbasisand practical guidance for the improvement of elevator safety standardsand the standardizationof inspection proceses.
