Abstract:Asanimportantpillrofthedevelopmentofintellgentequipmentmanufacturing,digitaltwintechnologyplaysa keyroleinpromotingthedigitaltransformationofenterprises.Althoughexistingresearchexploresdiferentpathsofdigital transformation,thereisalackofin-depthresearchondigitaltwinsstrategicdecision-makinganddigitaltransformatioand upgradingpaths,wichleads toalackofsientificplanningwhencarryingoutdigitaltwinsconstructionandfallngintoalongterm"virual"dilemmaof"notimitating,imitatingbutnottrue"digitaltwins.Inordertoensurethesmoothndeficientdigital transformationprocessofequipmentmanufacturingenterprisesandfomanoverallconstructionframeworkthatisstablereliable andhaspracticalguidingvalue,adigitaltwinsystemdesignandconstructionmodelforequipmentmanufacturing isproposed. Thismodel folowsthecoreideaofphasediterationanddividesthedigitaltwinconstructionpathintothreestages:germination explorationperiodvirtualandrealinteractiveintegrationperiod,andcologicaltwinplatform,providingafeasibleexploation path and direction for the digital transformation of enterprises.
