Abstract：Theresearchanddevelopmentandapplicationof dep-seatechnologyandequipmentareimportantdrivingforces forpromotingmarinescientificresearchandthedevelopmentofmarineeconomy.However，theresearchanddevelopmentof deep-seatechnologyandequipmentfacesthechallengesofighinvestment，highrisksandhighthresholds，resultingintheslow transformationandindustrializationof itsresults.TheHainanProvinceDeepSeaTechnologyInnovationCenterhasbuiltaSared VoyagePlatformforDeepSea TechnologyEquipmentSeaTrialsandScientficResearchApplicationstointegrateexisting resources，reducethethresholdforenterprisesandinstitutionstogotosea，andpromotetheengineeringaplicationof domesticallyproduceddeepseatechnologyequipment.Thispapersummarizestheexperienceoforganizingandimplementing sharedvoyagesoftheDep SeaInnovationCenter，analyzesexistingproblems，andputsforwardimprovementsuggestions，aiming to provide reference for the development and application of deep sea technology and equipment in China.
