Abstract:Performancetestingofhazardouswasteincinerationdisposalfaciliesisthebasisfortestingwhetherthefacility canoperatestablyandsafelyanddischargepolutantsuptostandard.Thispapertakesanindustrialhazardouswastetreatment projectinShanghaiCityasanexampletostudythetechnicalperformanceofhazardouswasteincinerationdisposalfaclies.The researchresultsshowthat:Understableoperationundertestconditions,thetemperatureofthesecondarycombustionchamberis (20号 1173‰ ,the average residence time of flue gas in the furnace is 4.59 s,and the combustion efficiency is 100% .Theincineration and removal rates of POHCs (naphthalene and carbon tetrachloride) are both 100% ,and the hot ignition reduction rate is 1.97 % ThetechnicalperformanceoftheincinerationfacilitymetstherequirementsoftheGB18484—220"PolutionControlStandard forHazardousWasteIncineration";theremovaleficiencyofheavymetalsandsmokemeetsthedesignrequirements.The concentrationofallpolutantsinthefluegasoutletmeetstherequirementsofGB18484—2020,DB31/767—2013"Standardfor EmissionofAirPolutantsfromIncinerationofHazardousWastes"andtheenvironmentalimpactasessmentapprovalandthe flue gas emission meets the standards.
