Abstract：Performancetestingofhazardouswasteincinerationdisposalfaciliesisthebasisfortestingwhetherthefacility canoperatestablyandsafelyanddischargepolutantsuptostandard.Thispapertakesanindustrialhazardouswastetreatment projectinShanghaiCityasanexampletostudythetechnicalperformanceofhazardouswasteincinerationdisposalfaclies.The researchresultsshowthat：Understableoperationundertestconditions，thetemperatureofthesecondarycombustionchamberis （20号 1173‰ ，the average residence time of flue gas in the furnace is 4.59 s，and the combustion efficiency is 100% .Theincineration and removal rates of POHCs （naphthalene and carbon tetrachloride） are both 100% ，and the hot ignition reduction rate is 1.97 % ThetechnicalperformanceoftheincinerationfacilitymetstherequirementsoftheGB18484—220"PolutionControlStandard forHazardousWasteIncineration"；theremovaleficiencyofheavymetalsandsmokemeetsthedesignrequirements.The concentrationofallpolutantsinthefluegasoutletmeetstherequirementsofGB18484—2020，DB31/767—2013"Standardfor EmissionofAirPolutantsfromIncinerationofHazardousWastes"andtheenvironmentalimpactasessmentapprovalandthe flue gas emission meets the standards.
