Abstract:Asafixedfire-fightingfacility,thefiresprinklersystemhasahighextinguishingeficiencyintheearlystagesof afire.However,duetovariousfactors，sprinklervalvesarepronetofrequentfalsealarmsduringoperation,whichffectsthe reliabilityofthesystemandfiresafety.Thispaperisbasedonacaseoffrequentalarmfailureofthesprinklervalveina certainpowerplantsfiresprinklersystem.Thefaulttreeanalysismethodisusedtosystematicallytroubleshotthefaults，and themaicausesofthefaultsaredeterminedtoincludeblockageoftheshut-offhole,internalleakageofthesprinklervalve, systempresurefluctuations,andabnormalcheckvalves.Inresponsetothecauseofthemalfunction,measuressuchasreplacing checkvalves,addingfiltersandoptimizingsealingmaterialswereproposedandimplementedtoefectivelyeliminatetheproblem ofsprayvalvemisoperation.Inaddion,tofurtherimprovesystemreliabit,thepowerplanthasautomatedthesprayvalveand implementedinterlockingcontrol.Theresearchresultscanprovidereferenceforfaultanalysisandoptimizationofsimilarfire protection systems.
