Abstract：Thisstudyconductsin-situdirectsheartestsontheshearresistancecharacteristicsoffullweatheredgraniteto obtainitsshearstrengthparameters，andanalyzesitstrainsofteningcharacteristicsandsheardeformationlaws.Thelarg-scale shearboxdeviceisusedinthetest，andtheshearloadingiscarredoutontwogroupsof specimensunderdiferent normal stress conditions （ 0～200kPa .The results show that the linear fiting results of the test data are good，which can provide a referenceforthestabilityevaluationofsimilarweatheredstrataandtheoptimizationof enginering protectionmeasures.
