不同工艺打印钥匙的表面形貌特征及其性能研究

Abstract:Thethree-dimensional(3D)printedkeyisakeythatcanbemanufacturedfromitsvirtual model bymeansofa3D printer.Inthispaper,71printedkeysweremanufacturedusingsixdiferentmaterals(whiteresin,whitenylonpowders,black ABS,Ti alloy,Alallyandstainlessteel)andonfiveprintersincorporatingstereolithogaphy(SL),selectivelasesintering (SLS)fuseddepositionmodeling(FDM),andselectivelasermelting(SLM)technologies.Temorphologiesofaprintedkeywere examinedunderseveralmagnfcationswithstereomicroscopeandscanningelectronmicroscope.Thefracturetorquesofaprintedkey weretestedwithadigitaltorquewrenchwhilethedimensionsweremeasuredwithaVerniercaliper.Meanwhile,therateof the printed keys were statistical analyzed.The results shows that the total picking ratio is up to 97.2% ,meaning that a printed keycan beusedtopickthemechanicallock.Therearediferencesinthemorphologicalcharacteristicsoftheprintedkeys,thereforethe morphologicalfeaturescanbeusedtoanalyzethetypeofprintingtechnologies.The3Dprintedkeysareonaverageaccuratetothe sourcekeys,withmostdimensionaldiferencesfromO.O8~.49mm.Thefracturetorquesofprintedkeysusingwhiteresin,white nylonpowderandblackABSare morethantorquesof picking locks,butthoseof printedcross keyswithblackABSare lower.
