不同螺纹加工工艺对300M钢材料疲劳性能的影响

Abstract:In order to improve the fatigue limit of ultra-high strength steel 300M used in the main load-bearing structure of aireraftlandinggear,threadmillng process wasusedtoprocessthethreadsoftheoutercylinderofthelandinggear,andthe influenceofdiferenttreadprocessngprocessesonthefatiguepropertiesofthematerialwasstudiedThefatiguepropertiesof (204号 300M steelwereevaluatedthrough dimensionssuchasthreadsurfacetopography,roughness,fatigue limitand failureanalysis. Theresultsshowthatthesurfacetopographyroughnessandfatigue limitofmilldthreadsarebetterthanthoseoftapped threads,and the fatigue limit ofmilled threadsis 59% higher than that of tapped threads.
